ADB is one of Android developer tool.
In ANDROID 4.2+ , Only system app can get CHANGE_CONFIGURATION permission.(Changed by Google).
This app need CHANGE_CONFIGURATION permission.
Here are two ways to solve this problem in android 4.2+:
WAY 1: Root your device.
WAY 2: Use ADB tool to grant the permission manually by command.
after I inputted the “pm grant com.sightidea.locale android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION” command, it showed:Error: “Could not access the Package Manager. Is the system running?”

想改語言
照著上無ROOT的做法做
可是還是無法更改成功
我得做法是下在ANDROID-ADB-TOOL 然後壓縮到電腦
再把資料夾放進手機(用USB連結)
在去把開發者選項那個開出來USB調查也有成功
再開地區設定出來
選擇語言 再按ADB SHELL 和 Grant permission 都無法成功
請問我是哪一個環節出錯@@??
